I feel like i've stooped real low after this, but i'm starting to doubt my appearance and i was just wondering what people think of my looks. All i ask is to be honest and make suggestions for improvement. rate me if you want.

Most of the times when people say things like this, they are just fishing for compliments. I'm not saying you are doing this though. If you are doing this, you need to build up WAY more confidence! But I think you aren't doing this for compliments and that you for truth so here: Honestly, you're not STRIKINGLY pretty, but you're MOST DEFINITELY not ugly either. I'd say that you would look slightly above average. That is if you didn't have such amazing fashion sense and a truly amazing/fabulous haircut! Now you look great! Just remember, true beauty is on the inside. If you're looking for tips on improvement though, I'd say try a touch of make up. Not so much that it covers up you're beauty though! Just some small amounts of eye shadow and lip gloss or lip stick. Maybe some foundation too! Try the Bare Minerals from L'oreal. It's not expensive and is actually GOOD for your skin. Good luck, and never forget your inner beauty!
