I listen to relaxing music. Like "the portrait"(the piano interpretation of the titanic theme). Best piano piece I've heard to date.

Turn on the radio, put on sweatpants, eat some hashbrowns, egg, sausage, and toast, have about 4 cups of coffee, roll up a big fatty, smoke it, take a dip to get my nicotine fix, spend the next 8 hours lost in information. Maybe repeat the above at night followed by Fast Times at Ridgemont High

actually as crazy as it sounds i put on lounge clothes - since i usually have to dress up for work everyday i automatically relax when i get to take that off and put on boxers, sweats, or anything else totally mismatched and comfy! my attitude changes once my attire does from a stressful day!

your way of relaxing sounds soooo good to me,i wish i could be able to "relax" but not with my mentally disabled father breaking my chops he knows how to annoy,cajole,taunt,throw things at me nine ways to sunday! hes well into his 90s and "out of mental control"! im the slob whos been chosen by my bigoted brother who will not get a professional nurse aide to give me a break before "i break"!
