I wouldn't consider Panera Bread fast food. Unless the establishment has a drive-thru, then it isn't fast food.
My favorite is Wendy's taco salad. They give chili to put on the salad, so you really don't need any dressing. Their Asian salad is pretty good, but I suspect that their dressing is high in sodium and calories. McDonalds is decent, but their dressing is high in fat and their chicken is sometimes chewy. Burger King salads are gross!

atlanta bread and panera, but they are not really as bad as fast food.. for regular fast food I like Wendy's salads best - their light ranch dressing is really good so is the one with the taco salad

olive garden has the best salad and breadsticks and the dressing on the salad is really good

well i think Wendy's got it since they have their Salad corner wherein you can get any ingredient you want for your salad anything in your own preference. the other one could be KFC.
