Well first of all, "IN THE EYE of the beholder" is far too cliche; BUT so many go with perception is EVERYTHING.
Beauty is the denial of all things otherwise interpreted negatively; opens one to see beauty in all.

Beauty is a god to look up to, and yet when we're not looking it spawns greedy demons. It is a poison that seeps in slowly to devour the hearts of the weak. We yearn to see it, to be it.
Beauty is also a euphoria that overtakes your senses when you're encountered by its truest forms: enjoying the skin of your lover, happening upon an event of organized chaos that makes up the world or getting goose bumps from an ethereal piece of music.
No matter what, beauty can be found even in the ugliest, toughest situations if you only change your perspective.

Beauty is when you notice someone and are attracted to them because they are similar to and understand you. They dont care about things you dont care about and care about things you do. Their physical beauty is decided by your brain , people you've seen and how the media has affected your point of view. There is a basic face structure also on what a physical "perfect face looks like".

buety is on the inside when somone is buetiful they are good people and it doesn't hurt if there attractive but thats the last part
