Seeing as this is none of your business, you should do nothing. The relationship your parents have is between them! Many of us have trouble accepting the fact that parents are human and actually like sex. If your mother is doing something with the guy next door, she may be cheating on your dad, or he may know and approve!
Do nothing and worry about your own actions in snooping!!

Just drop in casually later how annoyed you are that these new pop up adverts have audio now. Adding that you researched it in Google and found an ad blocker that works to stop that stuff. Should turn a negative into a positive :)

Lay it out so you dad can find it. I think he should know that she is cheating with the neighbor. You can also give it to your dad and tell him to watch it but to tell your mom that he found it and you had nothing to do with it.
