first, times both sides by 3
1. 2m+1 = 3 ( 3m-2/5) multiply it out on the right side
2. 2m +1 = 9m-6 /5
3. then multiply both sides by 5
4. 10m+5 = 9m-6
5. then subtract 9m from both sides
6. 1m+5 = -6
7. then subtract 5 from both sides
8. 1m= -11
thus, m =-11

2m+1 = 3m-2
3 5

2m+1 - 3m-2 =0

3 5 5(2m+1) – 3(3m-2) =0
15
10m+5-9m+6 =0
15
After this stage you will have to group the like terms, then do the necessary operations.

Get rid of denominator first.
Multiply both sides by 15

15 (2m+1)/3= 15 (3m-2/5

= 10m +5 = 9m-6

m=-11

I assume it is
(2m+1)/3 = (3m-2)/5
5(2m+1)=3(3m-2)
10m+5=9m-6
m=-11

cross multiply: 3 times (3m-2) = (2m+1) times 5.

Then you can just solve for m.
