I've just come to realize this, or it seems to me. Why does it seem that when men cheat, they are a ''player'', and their buddies commend them. As for a woman, when she cheats, she is considered to be easy, or a whore.
I am only asking this because I recently found out my brother cheated on his girlfriend..
What do you think?

Sorry Tina not all men cheat. Some men look for a reaction with their friends. And they may seem like something they really aren't. But cheating on someone you supposedly love isn't right. As for a woman cheating same thing. If you love someone you should be with them not someone else. Just my thoughts....

This has to be answered in 2 parts...
Regardless of which gender if you sleep around & cheat, you're an 'easy' person whose destroying your own reputation.
There is a difference between a player and a cheat. Players do not allow their feelings to get involved.
A cheater is doing it for the sex.
A player is seeking the challenge for much more than sex.

If you mean that they have sex with someone other than their partner, I think we look down on men and women who do that. When do the opinions of those buddies carry any weight? If a friend of mine cheats on his wife, I don't really trust him at other things.

I agree that's just human nature. That's just the way things go and the way ppl look at it but it doesnt make it right at all
