Have you ever sneezed & farted at the same time or sneezed then farted? I know it sounds weird, my aunt asked me this and I thought it sounded weird and replied "no." because it never happened. But, little did I know one day...
For all that say no, just wait, it'll make ya laugh too when it happens cause its just such a silly thing someone would ask or think of.

lol unfortunately yes this happened to me today because I'm sick so I've been sneezing alot today then i just did it at the same time... Lol it was funny but no1 heard cause my sneeze was super loud

I haven't done that yet thank goodness! But, I do remember my grandmother doing that years ago, in a retail store in front of allot of people, and I was humiliated, she didn't think anybody heard her-GEEEEEEZ!
