We have been divorced for 6 yrs. In the divorce papers, it stated he keeps the house. I signed a paper with the attorney to get my name off, but when I check my credit report. It was showing at 120 days late for the last few years. I want to know how to get off the loan and can he be accused of running my credit. I can not purchase a vehicle or anything because of this.

Go back to your divorce attorney and have him begin paperwork to get you off the mortgage. Do you realize if your ex quits making payments, the bank will come looking for you to make those payments even though you are divorced and not living in the house? Do it on Monday. This is very important to your future financial situation.
