when you are really mad at soemone who has brokenyour heart( cheating, taken advanage of,not considerate about your feeling and...) what would you do?...do you ignor them or you fight over the issue?...which one has the best result of comforying you? and why?

I would have to talk to the person, but knowing myself it will have to be when I calm down. Usually people react to this type of thing by exploting and letting their mouth run the show. The problem with that is that because you are upset you can't think clearly. I let the dust settle, then, in a very intelligent manner I'll let them have it! The results are awesome and you get to say what you wanted to be able to find clousure to the issue at hand,,,,

It takes at least twice as much emotional energy to stay angry and fight with someone as it does to just let something go. So, ideally, I try to let things go, but sometimes that's just not possible! But the more healthy thing to do would be to let it go and give the cold shoulder, and move on. Good luck!

For me at first, I give the cold shoulder, and then after I've cooled down, then I confront them about it.
