There almost has to be. There are more planets out there than we can imagine. We know of over 250 right now, and those are really large planets for the most part, but we may have life right here in our own solar system. Some moons of the other planets are made of ice or water. Could be life down in those oceans. I just hope we find it before the end of my own life!

We may get lucky and receive a radio signal from deep space one day, but there is essentially no chance of finding intelligent life here in the solar system. There are some candidate places which might have some kind of simple, microbial life, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
Finding even the simplest kind of organism on any other planet or moon would be a monumental discovery. Our only chance of that would be here in the solar system. Other star systems are far too far away. For those we could only know of them by the radio transmissions of intelligent lifeforms. Disadvantage: the enormous distance. Advantage: the probable vast numbers of other worlds out there.

If your asking for my opinion then yes I do.
Well of course it would have to be an opinion as there is no proof (area 51 not included). I believe that there exist far more intelligent life in places other than Earth. As such when we see a "UFO" they sense it and vacate the area. The propulsion system is fast as it zips away in an unearth like manner. Were the pyramids built by "aliens"? Perhaps. Other things suggest other life having visited. Now back to your question since you said "in other planets".
Yes. Here is why. As earthlings how far have we ventured in space? Well not far you say. Not even out of our solar system. True. Well for all the unexplored area out there I believe it is far more likely than not that some form of life does or did exist.

Who knows? The numbers are good, but anyone that says 'beyond doubt' has never looked 'doubt' up in the dictionary.
My view is: It doesn't matter. I don't think we will ever contact any other intelligence and I would really like to see people help me substantiate that 'other'. Would you treat your neighbor any different if you knew that some alien was going to land on the White House lawn tomorrow?

Yes! It is very possible. There are more stars than we can count, and there are probably even more planets. The odds are extremely favorable that there is life elsewhere in the universe.

life in space! yeah right! humans are the ONLY forms of life out there.
hahahaha doesn't that sound ridiculous. I mean, what about the rest of life on earth?
so far no life has been found growing on its own outside of earth.
BUT the possibilities look ENDLESS, even just considering since we can't even see the "rest" of the universe, YET, not to mention the billions and billions of stars we CAN see from here.

There HAS to be, as vast as this universe is. Apart from the discovery of microorganisms on a Martian rock in 1996, there has not been any finding of extraterrestrial life since.

I think there is probably life on other planets. Planets in other solar systems though, not Mars or any planet in this solar system (other than Earth).

Untill we discover that there is no life in other planets then it would be better for us to think that there is life in other planets.
