Fatigue can be a symptom of diabetes when combined with other symptoms such as excessive urination. If you are female, perhaps you are not getting enough iron in your diet and need to use an iron supplement with your multivitamin. Being tired all the time can also be a symptom of depression. An herbal remedy for mild to moderate depression is St. John's Wart. But the thing that I have found to be the best cure for being tired is to exercise regularly.
