Being a math teacher I am not going to answer the question, primarily because I think you are a student! Besides, is the last set in parenthesis correct? Is it 2x or 2 times something? You simply need to follow the order of operations. For working within the parenthesis you start form the beginning of the order of operations. In the end you group by addition or subtraction all the like terms.
Order of Operations:
1. Exponents
2. Everything in parenthesis
3. Multiplication and division from left to right
4. Addition and subtraction from left to right.
I hope that helps. I really wouldn't want to answer until you made it clear what is going on in the third set of parentheses!

5x^2-3x^2-x^2= x^2
-3x-5x-3x=-11x
