im buying some gifts for xmas and need to know what is best xmas wraping paper?????

Do you mean what brand or what theme? Costco has some awesome wrapping paper! If you meant what Christmas theme, it depends on what the person the gift is for likes. For instance, I'm a Disney fan, so I usually receive gifts wrapped in Mickey Mouse paper.

For me, the best paper is the kind with lines on the back so you can cut it straight! II have a hard time with that. I have also found that paper like that is usualy of a high quality as well. Happy wrapping!
