True. Every lightbulb drains energy. However, fluorescent bulbs drain far less than conventional bulbs.

True but you get more luminous per watt drained from florescent bulbs than you get from incandescent bulbs plus you do not have to replace as often. Don`t stake your life on what I just wrote but I believe it is correct.

all light bulbs consume energy. florescents actually produce more light per watt than incandecesent bulbs.
