I am well over one month pregnant and while I haven't really had much vomiting I do feel nauseous and sensitive. I still exercise every couple of days but after skipping one day I find myself lethargic and sleeping all day long. When is morning sickness supposed to end and is everyone fully functional in their first tri-mester or is it normal to feel really tired and like not doing anything at all?

If you get morning sickness, it usually only lasts for the first trimester.

It is very normal to feel really tired and lethargic. I have been napping alot, and I'm 12 weeks.

I don't even call it morning sickness I call it all day sickness. I couldn't turn up for work somedays and I go to school full time where I was taking 5 classes and I messed up on 3 of them because I couldn't make it. No matter how much I slept I could never get rid of the overwhelming fatigue. I wanted nothing to eat and so I lost a few pounds. I am 15 weeks pregnant and right now I want to throw up. I feel a whole lot better but it is not uncommon to be sick all through your pregnancy. Normally it should stop after the first trimester. Good luck cause I feel your pain.

I was nauseous and sensitive to EVERYTHING till about 20 weeks, and I'm still tried all the time at my 26th week. But every pregnancy is different, just kept up the exercise. Morning sickness most likely will go away at the beginning of the 2nd trimester, the tiredness too. Make sure to discuss your exercises with your doctor and never over do it.

Most people experience tiredness & nausea during there first trimester. W/ my first pregnancy- as soon as I hit my second trimester I was feeling much better. No nausea, more energy, etc. But, now I'm pregnant w/ twins & in my 14th week. I'm still feeling tired & nauseous.

Everyone's different. Just learn to read your body. Rest when you need to. Make sure to talk to your DR. about the exercise you're doing. It's OK to do some. But, you want to make sure you're not overdoing it. And, there are soome certain exercises you should avoid. Drink plenty of fluids, etc.

Congrats & Best of luck to you!

No not everyone is fully fictional during the first trimester. It should pass by about 14wks(give or take). Fatigue, nausea, and breast tenderness are the most common first trimester symptoms and are caused by the increase in hormones. After the first trimester your hormones start to even out.

East 5-6 small meals a day and get lots of rest.

Morning sickness normally ends about 12 weeks. Feeling exhausted and not wanting to do anything is normal. Your body is using all of its energy to create a baby. Hopefully you will perk up in the second trimester.

Morning sickness is different for everyone. My cousin and I were both pregnant at the same time, she got sick the entire pregnancy. I got sick only the 2nd month. Pregnancy does tend to make you really tired, your body is going threw a lot. Best of luck to you and your baby!!!

The morning sickness should go away after the first trimester, as well as most of the fatigue and other beginning pregnancy symptoms because your body has adjusted to the pregnancy.
