Just wondering if you have special things that are very different from U.S. during Christmas and New Year, if so, please explain.

Lol...yes, I know you don't throw shrimps on the barbie!

Do you kiss someone at midnight on New Years? Do you make a wish for the coming year?

Do you have the evergreen trees, are they shipped in from somewhere else? How do you decorate them?

Thanks, and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Im fairly sure our Christmas and new years celebrations are the same as the US.
The only real difference is that its our summer over here during this time.

My family have the traditioanl raost dinner for our Christmas meal..but many families actually DO throw shrimp on the barbie, but we call them prawns over here.
Lots of families have BBQ's for their Christmas meal because its very hot.

We kiss our loved ones at midnight for Newyears too/
