serious answers only please, have any dads out there been discriminated against by the bias british family courts? hearing after hearing another ajournment for a few more months cos of yet another unfounded allegation of harrassment or domestic violence/ 15 months 7 court appearances 6 different judges 9 unwarranted arrests all of which was based on unfounded allegations 1 or 2 weeks before the so called final contact hearing which leads to another ajournment .. what about caffcass the caffcass officer in charge of my case said in her reports that my son really missed me andc wanted to see me but still advised that i had psyciatric reports which took 3 months to do and also came back that i pose no danger to my 6 year old son and the court sent my ex wife a copy of my reports without my knowledge! another "final"hearing next friday and i see my ex"s house in the property guide for rent section and no forward address, whats your experiances dad"s?? good? bad? or totally unbelievable

to julia n,thanx for your answer, yes she is allowed to move but she hasnt informed anyone including her solicitor! the caffcass officer has taken long term leave!! it seems the family courts rely to heavily on caffcassreports, hope you and your son can put it all behind you and lives as you should
