well it takes time through the court system and your ex can move, i had to go through a similar experience but from the womans point of view, but my sons dad owned up to the cafcass office that he had physically and sexually abused his son, and put a damning report about me saying i was unstable as my ex had said sorry and the cafcass office said he said sorry get over it. everytime we went to court it was a different judge, and believe me my ex got contact at acontact centre and still managed to physically hurt my son there without anyone seeing it, i knew with the bruises. i was told by social services that the only way they could override a cafcass office was if my ex put my son in hospital, you can always phone the cafcass ask to speak to the officers manager and put a complaint in, but what i wasnt told by my solicitor is that you can bring it up with the judge that your not happy with whats going off, i didnt know this, until acouple of years ago, another court hearing but the difference was i had moved into a new area, and i brought my fears up to the judge and he asked why i never mentioned them to previous judges and i said i was told by my solicitor that i couldnt complain about what the cafcass had put in his reports, and i could, this new judge did some more reports and my ex lost all parental rights and has no access, but you should complain if your not getting treated right, and it happens on both sides being treat bad. please complain.
