Saw it Friday. Nope, it does not have any ties or belt on the back.

It does not look like it does. It is hard to tell when it is not on a model or manniquin, but they are not showing it looking fitted, so I doubt it. You might be able to make one for it, though.

no... the reason it looks that way is prob. b/c they used a clip on the back to make the jacket look like a slimmer fit.

No it doesn't. I think it is a seam or something like that! I like it it is cute!!! They should sell that jacket in white. I would totally get it!!!
