To answer sher, I don't always answer the questions I star b/c I don't always have an answer--like if it is a joke or something, and I star it, but I don't always answer it b/c the only thing I'd put is something like "lol" or "nice joke, I think it's cute" and, plus, some one has probably already said it.

Most times but not always. Sometimes i don't have an answer for the question but i think it's interesting.

Usually not. If I star a question its because I don't know the answer and I am curious. I wouldn't be helping if I gave my 2 cents on something I knew nothing about.
