what would you do in this situtation?

My friend was on the phone with her boyfriend and stuff they were talking and stuff and she called me back crying. her boyfriends friend called her a whore, but the worse part was that her boyfriend agreed with him. So she called me crying and i called him 3 way call, and he told me he didn't call her a whore so i asked him that if he didn't why didn't he defended my friend and not let his friend insult her that way he just tells me that he didn't cause the guy was his friend so he diodn't do anything. My friend feels like **** and i'm telling her not to cry he's not worth her tears but she can't stop. then she called him back and stuff and she hung up on him and he was still on the line while we were talking so she didn't know went and checked he was and called her ***** for not talking plz help me! and remeber WHAT WOULD YOU DO IN THIS SITUATION?

P.S. they're 13 etc. so try to not to go overboard with the insults or comments ty :)

she needs to dump him now. he obviously doesn't care about her feelings and will not defend her honor. he is a straight up loser! if she doesn't put a stop to it now, he will do it again and again.

Okay, I am a little confused here - how did your friend know that the BF's friend called her a whore? And that the BF agreed with him? Did the BF actually agree, or did he just not disagree? Sounds to me like he just did not disagree, and yes, you have your reason why he didn't defend her , you just don't LIKE the reason - the guy was his friend, and pretty obviously, the BF has no spine. Sorry, but 13 is just not really old enough to be having mature relationships; what do you expect? He is better able to be a friend to his friend than he is to be a decent BF. And I am sorry, but your friend doesn't sound very mature either - why get all bent out of shape when some idiot says something that is plainly not true? What I would do is slow down and think! before you jump in and start with all the drama and the 3-way calls. This is NOT your problem; your job is to be a friend to your friend, not to fight her battles for her. Why do you need to insert yourself in the situation at all? Just listen, and let her choose what to do.
