You go to the Northern District of Illinois Website (http://www.ilnb.uscourts.gov). If you need documents filed with the court, follow the links to pacer, and look up the information there. It is 8 cents per page and you need a pacer account to login which you can obtain at pacer.uscourts.gov.

OR you go to the Bankruptcy Clerk's Office in the Dirksen Building downtown (it's near the Daley Center).

I seriously doubt you can know that the last page is all you need until you actually see the papers. That said, the documents are on file in the bankruptcy court in whatever jurisdiction handled the bankruptcy. They should be public records. I see no reason why they would not be able to copy a single page.
