The US has a few, Europe has a couple, why not there too?

I believe in Heaven and Hell
Heaven is a place that we go to when we die and are ready to take on our next life's contract and then reamerse in another lifetime as a whole new person.
Hell is here, where we have to go through the process of trying to do for others as much as we can but have lost our way, forgetting that we were suppose to help serve others and not be greedy and serve only ourselves. That is why it is known as Hell, we suffer for all the wrongs we have done and not enough good things for man kind.
That is why the good dye young, they are finished and are moving forwards, and the bad live forever, until they get the job done right !

I think that if you die and go to hell, time zones won't really make much of a difference to how miserable you'll be.
