just practice
throwing the ball is all about technique and not about strength
also some people are just born with a cannon others are not

I lay on my back, and make a throwing motion with a barbell. Not too much weight, about 50 lbs. is good, whatever you're comfortable with to do 3 sets of 12. You don't want to bulk up too much with heavy weight, because you'll reduce your range of motion. BTW, I'm not super strong, but I have a very good arm. Accuracy will come with practice and knowing your receivers. Even more important in game situations is making good decisions. Sometimes your best choice is throwing it to the cheerleaders! Maybe someday I'll see you at the Meadowlands! Good Luck!

1) Bring your arm back farther for more power
2) flick your wrist
3) fallow threw

But remember this, you dont need to throw 80-yards every play, and dont need to throw to far every play, if you are in high school mybe a 40 yarder most and that for when you are a senior. Any grade level lower then that you only need 20 yards.

So i sugest working on acruritecy. (i tryed on spell cheek 4 times cant get it)

play darts
have a pass with brother or friend, have him run rotes so you can learn to lead him.

Copy the pros...if you see Manning or Brady throw a TD pass, you know they're going to have a million replays of that...so just watch and learn...then the second step is to practice what you saw on the field...

At 15: If I just heave it up, about 35 yards. Accurately, about 30 yards. On the run, about 35 yards. Accurately, about 25 yards.
