Tell her firmly that you do not want her. Get a restraining order if necessary. If kids are involved a third party can dropped the kids off and pick them up.

First of all if she is your ex wife i hope that you to dont live close by one another and she still feels like you two are friends, If you dont want to be bothered withher let her know and another thing move far away as possible and dont let her know where you live change your phone number to if necessary if your tired of her bothering you.
