I was playing The Sims, and this man drove up in a truck with a big, sad face on it. He was carrying a water gun. Who is this guy? I'm afraid to un-pause. :(

Be sure you pay your bills (click on the mailbox). If you don't the repo man comes to collect and he'll take objects that have the value of the unpaid bills. Once he's there you can't do anything about it.

He's the Repo man! He comes when you don't pay your bills! To pay your bills, you need to click on the mailbox when the flag is up, get the mail, then click on "pay bills". You need to do this every couple of days or else the Repo man will come and reposess yoru sims' properties until they meet what the bills due are.
The water gun thing he's carrying is a zapper. He points and shoots it at your sims' properties, tv, beds, chairs, and takes the stuff. And you can't go into buy mode when he's there, so there's no getting out of it. The only thing you can do at this point is exit without saving, then going back into the lot and make your sims pay their bills before he coms back.

It's the Repo Man!
Since you didn't pay your bills on time, you get an item taken away. You can always buy it back later, but since you didn't pay your bills...
And technically, it's not a "Water Gun". It's a Repossesion Gun!!!

He's the guy who takes your furniture usually like 1 or 2 things depends on how many bills you didn't pay. He comes because you failed to pay a bill in time.

he is the Rep man. and he comes to take away, some, of your stuff, if you don't pay bills for a long time. don't worry, here's a money cheat so you can buy it all back again, and afford to pay those pesky bills: hold Ctrl and Shift and tap c and type, in motherlode. this gives you 50,00 dollars, and you can use it endlessly. hope i helped.

He takes away a couple of your things, because you didn't pay your bills, don't worry nothing will happen to your sim.
