Don't listen to what all these people say is the best racquet. It might be the best for them, but that doesn't make it best for everybody.
At this point in your game, you probably want to go with a heavier racquet. Lightweight racquets are for people who can't create their own power. As you improve, you'll learn to do this. If you bought a lightweight racquet now, you'd find yourself searching for another racquet a year or two from now.
Because of the weight thing, I would recommend the nsix-two (or the newer k six-one) and the O3 tour (midplus and midsize) from your list. There are other good ones out there. I would suggest finding a local pro-shop that lets you demo racquets. Try out some racquets in the 11-12 oz range. If that seems too heavy for you, go a little lighter. I do usually suggest getting as heavy a racquet as you feel you can handle. At your age, I got a 12+ oz racquet, and didn't have any problems with it, and I've never been a very big guy (120 lbs at the end of high-school).
Good luck in your search, and have fun with it!

Dude the Babolats i would avoid. I demoed a couple of dozen frames at the Tennis & Golf Co. in Royal Oak, MI and they were all crap. The Wilson frames were the best in my opinion - the Wilson K factor Tour 90 but it is a players frame. My 2nd choice was my current frame the Volkl DNX 10 Mid 93 which is a sweet frame and deserves a demo. Get it in a smaller grip size that normal if you use Wilson frames now. The Prince 03 Tour was nice but too light. But if light is what you are looking for then that along with the right string set up and tension is your frame. Prince grips are more round than Wilson which is more square and Volkl is more rectangular and Babolat was just weird. But since Rafa & Roddick use Babolat more people are using it now. Very powerful but no real feel. Get 4 frames from www.tenniswearhouse.com they have a great demo program so all you pay is shipping and you get 4 for a week to try out. That would be your best bet. No one should base a racquet decision on someone else's recomendation but use the recs as suggestions only. Try Wilson K factor Team it is lighter but still good frame.

I have a Prince Speedport 0-3 Red racquet and really like it. I don't think it is the same as the 0-3 tour, but maybe you could consider it. Otherwise, a good tennis shop might let you try out these various racquets. The 0-3 Speedport seems to have plenty of power and control both, and is lightweight. Power and feel also depend on the string type and string tension.

You really need to try and demo them if you can - then you'll know which one you like best. See if a tennis shop has them or try the demo program through tenniswarehouse.com I'm sure you'd have to get your parents help and agreement to do this. There is some money involved, but it may help yo umake a better decision and you won't waste money on a racquet not suited for you. Good luck.

not sure about the babolat, but the O3 has a big sweetspot and a low swingweight than the nsix-two. if u are going to go with the nsix-two, why not go with the newer kFactor. but kFactor six two also have a relatively high swingweight, so demo them

k95 team
but why do you want light? being too weak to hold a players frame is not an excuse unless you are under 15 or over 40.
