These three are great for oily skin:

1. Bare Minerals
2. L'Oreal Infallible
3. Lancome Teint Idole

As a hint, if you're only wearing concealer or don't want to wear foundation, get the Bare Minerals Mineral Veil. It comes in the regular version and in a couple of colors now, and it will keep your face shine-free all day. It costs 20 bucks, but it lasts forever.

Use any kind of oil-free foundation or a foundation made for oily skin. Before applying foundation use a matte gel, smashbox has one you can find at Ulta or Sephora, or use a matte moisturizer, which can also be found at Sephora. This will help cut down on the shine. Also, carry beauty blotters with you in your purse. These are like little pieces of tissue paper that are used to blot excess oil from your face.

I have an oily Tzone and this is what I use:
Oil control mattifying powder on the tzone, then
Hollywood mineral foundation over that
I get it from LAminerals.com
Great stuff you will love it if you try it.
P.S. they have samples for like $1 and ship them free.
