Strongly disagree. Women sleep around because they don't have good moral values or their moral code is such that they've devalued the sexual act. If a woman has strong moral values or a personal code that doesn't trivialize sex then no matter how badly she's hurt, she's not going to sleep around.

I think it depends upon a woman as an individual and how they have been hurt, I don't think it can just be said that a woman automatically 'sleeps around' when she has been hurt. I probably wouldn't, but perhaps some women would if they have been made to feel insecure about their attractiveness, or feel they want to 'get over' someone by...well...getting under someone else? I don't think this observation could be completely linked to only women, does it not occur with men also?

Totally disagree. I have been hurt very, very, very badly in the past and I have only slept with three men, two of whom I dated for two years each. People who sleep around (and this goes for men as well as women) do it because of a large range of diferent problems. Maybe they were sexually abused as a child, maybe they are insecure about themselves and having sex with a lot of people makes them feel loved, maybe they just like the feeling. Who knows?
How many people one chooses to sleep with is based on their morals; the way they were brought up. I have very strong morals and therefore do not act like an animal. It is hard sometimes to be this way but I know when I find Mr.Right, it will so be worth it. And he will be the luckiest man on Earth ;-)

Disagree. When I was hurt by someone I really cared for the last thing in the world I wanted was to "be" with someone new. My heart still belonged to someone else, and guess I'm just not that hard up to just sleep with someone for the sake of making myself feel as though I've moved on. So in answer to your question........I would totally disagree.

Not me, I do not sleep around at all. If I am ready for a relationship then I might be with that one person, but not just to sleep around to forget about someone else. =)

It depends on the woman. Some women will to prove to themselves that they are still desirable, and others stop having relationships altogether because they were hurt so badly they don't want to risk it again.

I disagree. I mean sleeping around on someone is not in my favor. I don't believe in hurting someone. I have had 3 guys do that to me, my mom had one guy do it to her. A few of my friends also have had guys do that to them and I know a guy right now doing that to his wife so no I disagree.
