My name is Amy Elisa.
My mom picked my first name from an old song called "Once In Love With Amy" and my middle name came from another song called "I Still See Elisa" (CLint Eastwood actually sang the song in a movie called Paint Your Wagon...THANK GOD he didn't try to make a career of it, though...lol)
Yes, I like my name...I like my middle name better than my first name, though.

I was named after a famous stripper back in the 60's with a rather unique name but it's not the middle name that makes my name so funny....it's the combination of my first and last name. I have no clue what my parents were thinking. All I have to say is thank God they didnt name me after my place of birth b/c it was in a 69 GTO on the way to the hospital.

Yes, I love my name. I was named after my great grandmother. Both First and middle. She was a woman who never let any man tell her she couldn't do something. She worked as hard, if not harder than any male around her and she was recognized for that. She was a great lady, and I am proud to be named after her. Both of my parents picked the name because she was a great lady and she was truly loved by all who knew her.

I was named after an Army Buddy of my grandfathers, and my middle names are from my grandfathers on both sides.
I like my first name but I don't use my middle names, but I call Kumara Elisa at times just to get her attention, lol

My first name was picked by my parents and was an anglicized version of a Norwegian name in my ancestry. My middle name was picked by my mother in memory of the first name of her favorite composer. I'm quite pleased with both.

I was named for a much loved great-aunt and grandmother. My parents both picked it. I would not have picked that name for myself, but I've had it for 65 years. My middle name was my mother's first name. Anna Mae is for both grandmothers.
