Tell me about how you became a lawyer from lsat to law school to bar.

I'm not sure what you want beyond what you already seem to know. You take the LSAT and apply to law schools. Assuming you get accepted, you spend at least one year taking required courses and then move on to take a mix of electives, which might include some classes you want to help you with the Bar and others in an area or two of specialty that you think you have some interest in for a couple of additional years. You might take an internship along the way, and then after three years (or four if you go part-time), you graduate. If you plan to practice law, you probably have a job at this point. Then starts preparation for the Bar - most people take a Bar Review course or two and spend hours reviewing and writing practice exams. Then you take the exam and wait about four months for the results.

I'm not a lawyer, but my step dad is a very successful one...
He went to undergrad at Antioch, then transferred to Brandeis; got his Master's in Philosophy at McGill; went to NYU Law; passed the NY bar, works in New York City now.
