i have a neighbor and he's a big pain and a real trouble maker?

his mom never listens and he keeps on either playing ding dong ditch at our door or other stuff on our property see my parents dont speak english so he thinks he has the upper hand and so i want to kno what are my rights and should i call the police EVERYTIME and create attention

i agree with the first guy, just get a big dog, post a beware sign and wait for that little %#%&* to run in your yard and get bit if you got the beware of dog sign up they cant sue you ;) but thats just me, you should probably just go to the police department and file a complaint, they probably cant do anything about now but its best to have everything recorded in case your mom or dad goes spastic and punches him, at least the police will know there is a problem before hand.

I guess he is really a nuisance...dont take any law in your hands..just approach the closest police detachment in your area and report the situation..I am sure they will relase a complaint letter to him and this time the mother will take it more seriously and she will at least reprimand her son..just do it in a civil and subtle way...all things have solutions ok???meanwhile explain to your parents what you have done and tell them not to worry....ok????

re the 'big dog theory'...
as soon as the dog bites the little bastard, you will have all of the excitement you can stand.
talk to the police and ask for their ideas.

I think if you go to the police station and explain the situation to them they may go and talk to the mother.and if she can't control her child, social services may want to look at the whole situation because that may not be a healthy environment for him if he is allowed to do whatever he wants.
