have you ever ventured into one of the chat rooms? In 15 seconds I had 3 people connect to me and 2 invites to "private" views. Have any funny chat experiences that you'd care to share?

went in a chat room 1 time..some weirdo told me he was naked and wanted us to masturbate together..i left the chat as quick as i got there and never went back

1st Question: Yes
in 15 seconds: I connected with 5 people, and had 2 parties to attend. Did I go? No.
I had 3 offer me a private chat: did I chat? no. (they were jerks in the chatroom).
Have any funny experiences? Too many to list. lol.

Well, in chat rooms, i feel i can totally lose myself, be someone else, even if its just for a while.
I know that, peadophiles do this, but that is with an unlawful, sick purpose, mine is just to get away from life, and act like somebody else...
And i know that, i can use a faker name, and if i feel uncomfortable, i can leave the chat room at any time.

If you are naive or susceptible to suggestions, keep out of questionable chat rooms.
As I recall, Yahoo has quite a few good chat rooms.
Whatever you do, don't get 'suckered' into giving anyone your personal information unless you find out where they are actually located and then verify it and they earn your trust.
I have a friend in China who I've 'talked to' for years and my best friend in Holland who I've visited twice after a long time of communications.

AHAHA yes, and it's hilarious. When I was younger, even if I had a stupid boring name, I'd get like 2 or 3 guys just going "asl" and I would make up a whole person, and make up a story behind myself, then right when they think they'v got me snagged I tell them I'm a man or something, or I lied, so that they know not to creep all over the internet. You never know whose out there!

yea one time about 5 years ago i went into a chat room and this man sent a virus to my computer and had total access to every file and was controlling my computer. He also turned my webcam on and i didnt knwo and was watching. He basically knew everything about me just by reading my files. it was scary. i hate chat rooms now.

That happens to me anytime I get brave and decide to go into a chat room.....And nine times outta ten....I dun wanna see the private cams. lol
