She now has warrants out for her arrest in Japan to end a dolphin massacre along with some other animal rights activists

I'm sure she knew that there were cameras on her... it may be a legitimate action to preserve the greater good (save the poor dolphins) or it may be a publicity stunt, but the Japanese are serious about people not interfering with their fishing industry and the laws over there reflect that. She can wear her arrest as a badge of honor amongst her Greenpeace buddies.

I don't support the extremeism of PETA but I do believe in animal rights. However I don't agree that Ms Panettiere was in the right. She visits a foreign country where she is obviously not well-versed in their culture and customs and throws a fit because she doesn't like the reality of what some folks do to make a living? She should go back to her bubble in America and stay there.

I am not some PETA freak, but from what I read she was doing the right thing. Sometimes breaking the law is necessary to right a wrong.

Never take it for granted that the government has your interest at heart.
