Snoop Dogg...he only had one really good album and is known as a rapper but really makes his money from commercials, tv ads etc. To non hardcore rap fans he will be known as a great rapper but really he is overated, manages to mumble and comes up with the silliest rhymes.
BTW Jay Z, 50 cent and 2Pac are sure to get mentions...Jay Z was up there for me also.
