I wouldn't put it past him. He does have a lot of connections and he does like to take civil liberties away from the people.

First of all Al Gore lost 2000 all by himself when he lost the electoral vote of Tennessee (his homestate) and Arkansas (Clinton's homestate). As far as cheating is concerned I seem to remember the Dems pandering to the homeless vote by giving them cigarettes . Then there was Wisconsin (a blue state) who allowed U of Wisconsin students to vote multiple times. One of the students announced on national tv that he had voted three times. Gore did get some help from Bill Clinton when Clinton instructed the US postal service to classify the absentee military vote as 4th class so it would arrive too late to be counted.
As far as John Kerry was concerned he lost both the electoral vote AND the popular vote. 2004 was not the cliffhanger that 2000 was. The Dems should have investigated Kerry's military record (and medals) before designating him as their candidate. Then there would not have been any "swiftboaters".

Did the Kerry people hand out cartons of cigs to people in prison to get there vote did the iowa dot fail to register all rep. who registered when thry got there licence renewed? did arizona democratic party get caught for voter fraud. how many dead people in ohio voited Dem?
