Too bad, so sad. Next time you'll learn not to do embarrassing stuff for the camera. As long as it's not naked, it doesn't violate the rules.

You may have to live with this, so do be careful what you are doing in front of cameras. There is no safe place anymore with all of the craziness on the web.
Think...do I want this seen for the next 10 years with millions of people? And do I want my son and daughter to see this in years to come? Or my parents?
Then, when you decide, follow your thinking.
Personally, I do nothing in front of anyone that I don't want shared. Good luck.

Go to a trusted adult with this one.
you have rights.. ... ..
hope you did not do anything in front of a camera that you would not want your future children to see...
internet is a permanent record of all that is posted.
Someone, somewhere could copy & paste it as we speak, then how will you track it down?
1.000's of people could have the pic within the next few hours.

if you already had the pic on myspace or internet oh well. but if she put the picture on there without your consent, i belivee you can sue her or police involved because she has a vid/pic up of you without your permission.
dont put pictures of her up. and
but before you get police envolved. warn her to take it out, just dont get physical

If it was public, can't do anything. Unless it was invasion of privacy (like taken through your home windows or in locker room). You could put some of hers up....

i was gonna say report her but you said you already did that, your other option would be to just ask her to take the picture off and talk about it or somethin

Umm... TELL HER TO TAKE IT OFF AT SCHOOL! Well, talk to her at school. Then she'll go home and take it off.
