Hi!! I'm 17 years old..and I really need help from you.
OK, I'm just gonna dive right in here- I had a T-Mobile Pay as You Go plan which is not good enough for me. I was using 1,000 minutes for every 2 months. And that's $100 each 1,000 minutes. I need a (monthly) plan that costs $39.99/month or less that will INCLUDE text messaging because that's where I spend most of the money. I really need your help!!

sorry to tell you this, but you're NOT an adult, and most companies won't deal with you because of that. . . . .
Verizon, AT &T, Sprint all have plans for $39.99 monthly but taxes and extras run it up. If you can get added to your parents' phone, it's just $9.99 a month to add you, and whatever it costs for the text plan, and extra minutes for you. That's cheaper than getting your own plan.
