A & D

A. Energy input is required to drive the electrolysis,therefore an outisde source of an electrical current is needed.
D. Galvanic cells produce the current through redox reactions:

anode: Cu2+(aq) +2e- -----> Cu(s)
cathode: Zn(s) -----> Zn2+(aq) +2e-

the flow of electrons starts from the cathode and reaches the anode.
