Best and easiest way is to
click Start, open my computer, right click C drive, then choose Properties, and there it is!

On a P.C go to start menu, to my computer, on your local disk right click and hit properties, then you'll be able to see how much memory you have used and what u have left.

You can check task manager to see how much memory is available. Ctl+Alt+Del brings it up on my system.
I think what you really want to know is how much space is left on your hard drive. To do that, click Start then My Computer, or double-click the My Computer on your desktop. That brings up your drives, how much space they have total and how much is free.

go to my computer, then c:/ right click on c:it will show you a pie. This tells you how much of your hard drive is in use. If you want check the ram. press ctrl,alt, and delete, Then task manager, Then processes and you can see everything that is running and how much cpu is in use.

Yes. If you use windows XP, go to my computer, and right click on the C: drive. On the menu that pops up, select properties. it'll show you a nice pie chart.

Start --> my computer --> right click on your hard drive (usually C:, upper left hand corrner) --> properties and that tells you how much is left.
