If you're old enough then why are you asking this question? You were probably both nervous and that made it difficult. Wait until you're married.

First, you shouldn't attempt entering her unless you have a full erection. You know what that level is, I'm sure. Second, you should spend some time exploring her, yes with your hands/mouth -whatever, so that she is ready. When you both are ready, you can hold yourself and while looking down at her, guide yourself in. Just go very, very slow. Make sure she is well lubricated - she may have plenty of her own, but even so, lubrication will make it easier. A good one to use is KY Touch Massage - or really any of the more modern KY brand personal lubricants. I would stay away from the standard tube they make - not that romantic.

usually its a question of how wet she is. If she is dry on the outside then its difficult to push it in. Myself, I like to do oral and get the area real wet, but you can also use over the counter lubrication, which is super slippery.
Also, different positions do offer easier entry. Missionary isn't the easiest, since your trying to hold yourself up and trying to find the hole at the same time. If you have a table, or a tall bed, it may be easier if you stand with her on her back laying in front of you. That way, you just have to adjust for height and you can get a more direct angle in which to enter. Another tip is to have her guide you in instead of you trying to find her opening. She knows where it is, and she can use her fingers to pull you in at the speed and how deep she wants you to go before your all the way in and can then start going to town.

Chances are you are hard enough. If she has pain or if you are having trouble, it's probably due to the hymen needed to be broken. During foreplay, you can stretch her some with your finger. Make sure she's probably lubricated.

Relaxing, foreplay, her being fully aroused or better yet, her having an orgasm FIRST or using a lubricant like KY-Jelly or Astro-Glide can help.

First of all...are you sure you are old enough? Sometimes when you think you are old enough...you really aren't. But at any rate...You need to be pretty hard...and you probably need to use some kind of lubricant...ky jelly or something..also be sure to use a condom...and with it being her first time...yes you may have to kind of help open up her vagina with your finger...when you do this you can place a small amount of lubricant on her vagina as well as on the condom. This should help. Be careful...good luck...and again...PLEASE use a condom.

A lot of people don't know that lubrication will make the process a lot easier. Buy some Astroglide or KY Jelly and rub some on both of you. It will slide in much more easily. Go slow though, since it's her first time, she'll probably experience some pain (it's definitely worth it though!)

Did you try to stimulate her in other ways first? Caressing of the clitoris and vagina can make her more aroused. Have you ever inserted a finger inside? All these things may help. If not, then perhaps using some water-based lubricant would help also.

Lube is very important in this situation as tightness is an issue for first timers. Remember to lube both her's and yours prior to insertion. Her hymen might tear so there could be some blood involved. Use a condom! Might I also suggest reading a little on the subject as well so that you know your way around a little better.

if hes up hes up

make sure that she is warmed up enough before you try to enter her, also try using lubricant and holding firmly the base of the penis when you try to enter. if it won't fit in easily then just make small motions easing him she will eventually relax enough -- doing it too fast or pushing too hard can really hurt her.

the key is the females arousal though so if she is nervous then it will be harder because he muscles won't be relaxed

during the first time it doesnt usually go in easy. it might take you a couple of tries before its fully in, so dont worry. just keep trying, itll happen soon. oh and use a condom, apart from being safe it helps because its lubricated.
