Sorta like tlb said "It depends n who you ask". but i would say H*** yes. Although I wold only use over a mattress or water.
Probably made overseas and I can see someone dropping a chip and thinking if they tell they will get fired so they stick it in. This chip controls the slow fast deal and you start out and end up like the guy in the movie that ended up gong full speed and crashing through all the walls and stuff and ending up crashing in the woods. What was the name of that movie?
