I don't wear a cup bra and its embarrassing in the locker rooms?

when im in the locker rooms its embarrassing because everyone wears a cup bra and i wear a training bra. HELP

im in 6th grade and i cant ask my mom to get me a cup bra because she will tell the whole world and i get embarressed and when my mom was my age she never had a cup bra she just wore sport bras so i dont think she will let me get a cup bra. HELP!!!!!

I am in 6th grade too and I recently bought my first bra, and it has cups. Go bra shopping with your mom at target or walmart and when you pass the bras, ask out of curiosity when your mom started wearing a bra. She will either get the hint or say the age and that you are ready to move out of training. Then say you dont like sports bras. (you make up the excuse.) then you just have to figure your size. Um, I'd like to help but I know know what your question is. Soft bras are oh so comfy. Ahhh. I like soft bras. But those stiff wire bras are indeed more attractive.

Victoria's Secret has bras that look like the wire cup bras but have NO WIRES! Way to go, VS. Applying the great minds of engineering to the real problems of society--metal that constantly jabs your rib cage.

So, save your Christmas money and buy one for about 40 bucks. They come in cup size A. Even if you are less than an A, you can still wear an A.

You can buy cup bras with padding/gel in them which give what little bust you have a bit of a lift.
Have a look around and ask your Mum if you can buy a pair, or buy a pair yourself if you have the money.
It is possible to buy cup-style bras for very small sizes.

Don't worry, everyone develops at a different rate.

Idk what you're question really is, but there's some things you could do.

1. Buy a cupped bra!

2. If your chest isn't big enough or your mom/guardian won't let you, wear a cami under your shirt & just don't take the cami off....OR...try a different way of changing your shirt so the other girls don't see it and cover your chest up with a towel when you shower.

3. Just deal with wearing a training bra- I mean- everybody develops at different times! It's the way of life- and sometimes life sucks like that..lol...

Either get a cup bra, or change in the bathroom if it makes you uncomfortable.

It really shouldnt matter, though, and I'm sure everyone else is so self-consious they dont even care about what you have on.

So what? If it worries you that much buy one. But if you don't need one don't. There is plenty of time for you to buy a cup bra. Just be yourself, your not breaking the law.

get a soft cup bra. it looks kind of like a cup bra but its made for smaller sizes.

Chick don't worry about it i started out in a training bra to and it didn't bug me yeah it may be a little imbarrassing but look how many people where regular under wear anf the people who where thongs that is imbarrassing because they are the one's who have their asses showing

Well if it really bothers you that much then just switch bras! Although you dont have to worry about what other people think as long as you're comfortable with yourself then that's all that matters!
