Use the atomic weights to calculate the wt. of CH3OH and the H in it. Then calculate the theoretical quantity and divide by 0.613.

6.8 g CH3OH / 0.613 = 11 g
11 g CH3OH * 1 mol CH3OH/32.0421g * 2 mol H2/1mol CH3OH * 1.00794 g H2/1 mol H2 = 0.70g H2
