In my games the average player plays 16 minutes because we have to because of the league rules. I play anywhere from 20-24 minutes. If I average 6points 5 rebounds and 7 assists. Am i puttin up good numbers? I don't shoot that much. I shoot a good percentage and I pass VERY well. not to brag (if thts good stuff) so please tell me if I put up good numbers or if I need to step up. THX

The more important question to ask is:

Are you doing everything you can to help the team win?

There are a lot of selfish players with great stats on lousy teams that would be better teams if the team came first and the stats way down the list of priorities.

The best person to talk to about this is your coach. Ask him what he thinks, if shooting more will help the team or should you continue being more of a playmaker.

Your numbers, in my opinion, look pretty solid and would probably come close to a triple double average if you played 30-35 minutes. Keep working hard in practice and in games and you'll keep improving, but don't focus on the numbers.

Yes there's some that are knowledgeable and contribute positively to the section, but there's also other's who don't know anything. The samething can be said about the guys....except theres a lot more haters that just like talking sh** cause they have nothing better to do, and have to spend all there time on here instead of going out or getting a girlfriend haha. BQ: Which game is more important to the Lakers? Game 4 or 5? Which one do they need to win? I think Game 4 is more important because if they loose that game Magic will get more confident in thinking they can ac tually win the series, But if they win tomorrow it'll be 3-1, and Magic will loose a lot of confidence.

Heck yeah those are some pretty good numbers! 3-4 pts a minute. 4-5 rebounds a minute. And 3 assists a minute. Good numbers in deed. Keep up the good work.

Sounds like a very good role player that does the little things. You got to have one of these guys on your team. If you shoot a high % you might look to shoot a bit more but decent numbers for the playing time.

I think those are excellent numbers ... the high number of assists makes up for the low points per game. But don't focus on the numbers ... are you happy with your game? What do you think you need to improve? How do you fit in as a part of the team (offense and defense)? And more importantly, just have fun!

I'd say these are very good numbers. Five boards and seven assists in 16 minutes is awesome. Keep it up.

i say they're decent numbers if ur a pg with a good scorer on ur team. I would like playing with you since u pass. So I mean they're decent numbers for a pg for that amount of time. But dude, step up your game!

yes that is good because you play limited minutes and you probably average a triple double if you played the whole game. you score, rebound, and pass. so, you are the complete package in my opinion at least.

It's good, but it never hurts to step your game
don't stop because you're getting good numbers
always bring your game up higher than the last
