A fellow with the eBay name clarricoates (simondwarner@onetel.com) advertises goods, receives payment but sometimes does not send. Others have had the same experience. What can I do to get my money back?

Dispute resolution. If you paid with PayPal, you can start a claim, and if there's money in his PayPal account, you can recoup your loss if the PayPal person decides in your favor.

I surely have had a pair of undesirable stories on eBay, yet for the main area this is been good. I surely have bought a good style of issues off eBay. PayPal is excellent... in no way a controversy with them. techniques: --whilst procuring on eBay, i will no longer purchase something from all people who refuses to apply PayPal. I have been given scammed from somebody who could in basic terms take funds orders. --continually seem on the broker's rankings until eventually now you put in a bid. It enables to be careful!

Short of a lawsuit for fraud, I'm not sure you can get your money back. But you can complain to E-Bay, and chances are very good that they'll kick him out as a seller.
