i put it in a bun, so that way when i wake up it makes loose waves
and also if u sleep with ur hair down, ull get the oils from ur hair to your face, which clogs ur pores or something

Yeah, I keep it tied up. Otherwise it gets all tangled and I wake up looking like a lion or something. Every now and then I'll keep it down, unless I have a b/f or someone sleeping with me.. haha I left it down once and he kept complaining about how he was like eating my hair.

Mine is waistlength and very thick, to I generally Scrunchy it into a knot. If my neck hurts too much or my head is tender~I have fibromyalgia.~I either loosen it quite a lot or finally give up and let it loose though that bothers me in warmer weather.

They say it's best to have it done up because it can help avoid split ends. Also, my hair ties itself in knots if I sleep as restlessly as I tend to. I at least try to keep it in a ponytail.

To me, when it's loose, it bothers me too much. If I turn in bed, I end up with some of it around my throat. That wakes you up in hurry!

ugh, I hate my hair tied up at night. It feels weird to sleep with it tied, so I always leave it down.

I do. My hair is almost to my bum, and if I dont sleep with it in a bun, It either gets tangled beyond help, or my husband could choke to death. Haha. One night it came undone, and I tried to sit up but couldnt because I was sitting on it. That was amusing.

Well I usually have my hair up anyways so yes. In a poytail. But I don't always have to have it that way. I'll be sleeping with it down tonight.

whilst my hair is somewhat long I tie it up loosely with a ribbon, no longer an elastic, one one component and tuck it decrease than my nightshirt so it remains decrease than administration. I HATE waking up with a kinked up neck because of the fact of my hair being pulled in bizarre approaches decrease than my shoulders of back. and that i in my opinion hate it whilst my neck is all kinked up because of the fact my hair has migrated decrease than my hubby whilst he rolls over and thinks my hair is a blanket and he's pulling on my hair. save any braids or ponytails loose and make helpful the hair isn't being pulled tight and that there is no rigidity on the scalp.
