One is Yuri-Lily, Haruka which can be used for a boy or girl, Yuki (which can be used for a boy or girl and which means snow), Keck, Shirks, MGM, Na mi, and Naomi are the basic ones. The equivalent to Mary could be Mari or just romanized as Meeri which sounds the same as Mary. Sara(sah-rah) is equivilent to sarah. Keisha can be kept the same but would sound like (kay-ee-sha), ashley could be a-shu-a-li but the l would sound more like an r and the r's would be pronounced as l's. and jennifer could be ja-ni-fe-ru.

You can find Japanese names at most baby name generator sites. Most have the names and their meanings. To see if there are equivalents of the names you mention, go to a free translation site, such as Babelfish or systranbox.com and see if there is English to Japanese translation. Otherwise, try the link below for some lovely Japanese girl's names:

there aren't really any direct equivalents because asia and europe weren't founded by similar cultures. In europe, you have a lot of biblical names such as john, jacob, thomas, mary, ect. that have been changed to fit the various languages. i.e. thomas, tomas, toumas, etc.

I'm sure there are japanese equivalents now based on phonetics though

thomas in mandarin is tang-mu for example

I'd check a english-japanese dictionary or google it
