I want to get a newer graphics card so I can play Crysis, StarCraft 2, etc...

My comp is dual core XPS 400 by Dell.

Most of the companies you list make nVidia cards. MSI makes both nVidia and ATI.
XFX makes good to great nVidia cards but are quite pricy. Evga also make nVidia cards and are quite decent.
A video card that you will need for those games should be nVidia 8800 gt or higher, or the ATI 3800 series.

Anything, just go find a graphics card with a nvidia gpu.

well it rly does not matter who manufactures it. they all make either ati or nvidia chips. nvidia does not make its own cards, but ati does. nvidia makes the best graphics cards in my opinion.
