There's this girl, she's so sweet and cool, and am kinda attracted to her, I can date girls my age, but I'm attracted to this one. Another thing is I'm hispanic and she's black...am I to old for her, and it being interracial make it more difficult.
Oh we go to the same school to...both in high school.

Legally, for now no. Though it depends on your state. Around school though, you might have some trouble. Everyone bugging you about dating a girl so young, or they might not care. (There was a boy last year in 8th grade who would only date 6th graders. He still continues too. Its kinda creepy actually.) If you really like the girl though, age shouldn't matter. But you do have to remenber that there will be some trouble because of the age difference. Like can't tell you parents, or there is some stuff she won't want to do. And it might help if she likes you too. But really for now I don't see a problem.

i say it's ok since you both go to the same high school but dont mess around,or get in trouble with her parents.Also many couples now are interacial so it's not a big a deal like it was before but it depends on your friends.I know this because im 13 and go to a pretty diverse school where there are a lot of interracial relationships.

when u turn 18 if u do go out w/ the 14 year old u have to break up because of she is under age.

well as long as you have friends of your own age and she has friends of her age. meaning your not total losers cuz people will then think your just going at her for a screw. check with your friends they are the ones that will judge, and all best friends are there for is to judge i dont care how tight you think you and your friends they will judge so make sure its good
